Internship and Work Experience Internships
At Fair Employment Foundation, we consider our interns to be our future team members. Our Interns are given opportunities to get involved in various areas of operation and take on projects. Each intern is given clear objectives to meet, receives individual feedback and has the opportunity to pitch their own ideas.
Corporate and public engagement: engaging corporates and the public on ethical hiring and managing of migrant workers.
Worker care and outreach: assisting migrant workers to access FEF initiatives.
Business and eco-system research: compiling relevant information on the migrant worker recruitment system.
Communications and content creation: designing and producing materials and social media content for FEF and initiatives.
A team player with an upbeat, positive attitude with a knack for problem-solving
Belief in social change through business means and an ethical approach to labour migration
Proven communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Strong preference for Candidates who available Thursdays and Sundays.
Please note that our internships are unpaid and open only to students who are currently enrolled in full-time education programmes as per Hong Kong Labour Department guidelines.

Volunteer positions (part-time and full time)
FEF is always looking for passionate individuals who want to help develop and grow our solutions to end forced labour. We are currently seeking volunteers to help with:
We are looking for experienced translators to translate written English into Cantonese for a range of publications and online resources. This position could be done from home and hours would be ad hoc as needed.
We are looking for a volunteer with graphic design experience to help transform our visual brand and design a range of new collateral for use by FEF and our social businesses. You do not need to be a professional designer, but familiarity with design software is a must.
